Chelsea’s summer transfer activity is still ongoing, with several departures expected and two more signings being pursued before the window closes.

Raheem Sterling is among the most prominent players who could depart Chelsea, as the club prepares for a flurry of outgoing transfers in the final days of the window.

The Blues still have multiple permanent moves and loan deals to arrange to trim their squad.

Chelsea once again find themselves managing a separate training group, as several squad members remain outside of Enzo Maresca’s first-team plans while exploring exits.

According to The Sun, the likes of Sterling, Christopher Nkunku, Renato Veiga, Axel Disasi, Carney Chukwuemeka, Tyrique George, and Aaron Anselmino, Ben Chilwell, who are all being monitored by European clubs, could be sold by the Blues.

Promising youth international Kiano Dyer, 18, was absent from Chelsea’s Under-21 squad on Monday and is currently awaiting clarity on his situation.

Nicolas Jackson has also been linked with a move away from Chelsea following the arrivals of Joao Pedro and Liam Delap. The Senegalese forward remains part of Enzo Maresca’s squad but was left out of the side to face Crystal Palace.

Securing departures for the players as mentioned above would help Chelsea progress toward balancing their finances following another heavy summer of spending.

According to TalkSPORT, the Blues have already invested close to £250 million, though they’ve recouped solid fees for players like Joao Felix and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.

What is Nicolas Jackson's possible next move?

According to several reports, Nicolas Jackson, who earns a considerable salary at Chelsea, has been linked with a possible move to myriad clubs, including Newcastle, Aston Villa, Juventus, AC Milan, and Napoli.

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has reportedly told the Senegal forward that he is free to leave the club. Previously linked with Bayern Munich, the German club has now decided against pursuing the Senegalese forward.

At present, nothing is set in stone for the former Chelsea first-choice striker, whose future remains uncertain.

Meanwhile, Chelsea return to Premier League action on Friday against West Ham United, with Jackson expected to watch from the sidelines once more unless he manages a move away before then. The Hammers lost 3-0 at Sunderland on opening day while Chelsea shared the spoils with Crystal Palace.
