Details of the six charges against Partey

The six charges brought against the Ghanaian footballer involve three different complainants.

According to MyLondon, the incidents allegedly occurred between April 2021 and February 2022, with all complaints reported to the police between February 2022 and March 2025.

Here’s a breakdown of the allegations:

Charge 1: First Complainant (Between April 2021 and May 2021)

Complainant 1 alleges that during what began as consensual intimacy, Partey penetrated her rear end without her permission.

She reported the case in February 2022. The footballer was later arrested and interviewed by police in July of that year.

Charge 2: First Complainant – (Between April 2021 and June 2021)

In this count, the same complainant accuses Partey of accessing her rear end without consent on at least four separate occasions.

Charge 3: Second Complainant – Non-consensual Coupling (December 2021)

Complainant 2 claims that Partey requested to engage in sexual activity, which she declined, but he proceeded regardless.

She brought the case to the attention of law enforcement in February 2025. Partey was voluntarily interviewed the following month.

Charge 4: Second Complainant – Rear Intrusion (February 2022)

Another accusation by Complainant 2 states that she declined rear-end coupling, but Partey still had his way.

Though she reported the incident in September 2022, it was not discussed during his March 2025 interview.

Charge 5: Second Complainant – Alleged Incident in Marbella (June 2022)

While in Marbella, Spain, the same complainant alleges that Partey forced himself on her through natural means, disregarding her protests. He was interviewed about this claim in July 2022.

Charge 6: Third Complainant – Attempted Assault (February 2022)

The final allegation comes from Complainant 3. She accuses Partey of lying on top of her, attempting to kiss her, and touching her body through her clothes without consent during a visit to his home.

After she tried to push him off, he eventually stopped. Police interviewed him voluntarily in February 2023.

What happens next?

As the legal process unfolds, Partey remains on conditional bail.

While the court procedures take shape, the player must notify the police of any changes to his residence or international travel plans.

With the spotlight now firmly fixed on his legal case, the midfielder's future both on and off the pitch will likely come under heavy scrutiny in the weeks ahead.
