This victory was the crowning achievement for PSG’s project under Luis Enrique who also won the treble at Barcelona in 2024/15, per the Play Offs.
Former Inter Milan full-back Hakimi Achraf scored from close range in the 12th minute to put PSG ahead thanks to an assist from 19-year-old talent Desire Doue.
The French attacker then turned goal scorer eight minutes later with a composed finish to make it 2-0 for Luis Enrique's side.
