Speaking with YEN.com.gh in an interview, blogger Chris Osei Kofi condemned Akyenkwaa's comments linking the President to the crash.
"The arrest of Akyenkwaa Nana Kofi Asare and the dramatic court scene where he called himself a hero is a good test for Ghana's political space. I believe that his decision to link President Mahama to the helicopter crash was not just reckless but deeply insensitive, especially at a time when the nation was mourning. His arrest sends a clear signal that while political commentary is welcome, unsubstantiated claims that incite or damage reputations won’t be entertained." he said.
