The letter, drafted by a Ghanaian identified as Dr Fred Edzeamey, hammered on Dr David Tenkorang-Twum's 'lack of professionalism' and respect within Ghana's healthcare sector.

Dr Fred's letter comes after the Ghana National Association of Farmers and Fishermen (GNAFF) called out Dr David for allegedly describing them as “derogatory and unprintable.”

According to GNAFF, the General Secretary allegedly insulted Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, the Minister of Health.

The letter highlighted the GRNMA General Secretary’s frequent media engagements, where he has been criticised for casting aspersions on the Health Minister.

Dr Fred contrasted Tenkorang-Twum’s approach with that of Dr Frank Serebour and Prof. Titus Beyuo, whom he praised for their dignified and measured responses to challenges.

"This guy, though! How do you speak about your sector minister with such a tone and choice of words!"

@ZakDery wrote:

"Nice write-up. Wish you could do a similar write-up for the sector minister considering the fact that he warmly embraced same person who assaulted his sector workers."

@Tymer27 wrote:

"Dear Dr Edzeamey,
"Your criticism of Dr David Tenkorang-Twum's leadership style as General Secretary of the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA) seems unfair. As a leader, Dr David's primary responsibility is to advocate for nurses and midwives."

@jero_Basil said:

"You have spoken well, my brother. The way this man addresses issues of his association is like he cares less about anything, rather than his own agenda."
