A Ghanaian man has caused a stir online after he announced his 'divine mission' to construct an ark, mirroring the biblical story of Noah.

In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, the Ghanaian man identified as Ebo Noah (not his real name), claimed that God instructed him to build an ark to save two of every animal species on earth.

According to him, God showed him that an impending global destruction was scheduled for December 25, 2025.

In the video, Ebo Noah was seen standing in front of a large wooden structure that resembles an ark, in its early construction stages.

Ghanaian man builds modern-day Noah's Ark

The Ghanaian also humorously urged his viewers to 'repent and comment on his video' as a sign of their faith and readiness for the prophesied event.

In his words:

"I have been chosen by God to build this Ark. He has asked me to take two of every species on this planet because He will destroy the world on December 25th. This is not a joke, this is a divine mission."

According to some reports, the construction site is said to be located in Kumasi.

Ebo Noah’s determination is evident as he works alongside a small team, reportedly consisting of his family members and a few hired helpers.
