Richard Nii-Armah Quaye Officially Launches Food Banks Across Ghana

Ghanaian entrepreneur and philanthropist Richard Nii-Armah Quaye has officially launched the RNAQ Foundation’s Food Bank initiative, offering free meals to Ghanaians in need.

The program kicked off in five key locations: Teshie, Ashaiman, Madina, Odorkor, and Kasoa, with plans for further expansion.
In an announcement shared on social media platforms, Richard Quaye emphasised the importance of the initiative.
In his words:
"No one should ever go hungry."
YEN.com.gh had earlier reported that the philanthropist had hinted at his plans and ideas to establish Food Banks across Ghana through his RNAQ Foundation.
The initiative, according to him, aims to fight hunger and support vulnerable communities by providing free hot meals.
Richard Nii-Armah finally set up Food Banks
These Food Banks are said to offer one free meal per day to anyone, regardless of their background or status.
The project is deeply personal for Quaye and is part of his broader mission to transform lives and build Black wealth in Africa.

During his speech at an event, Richard Quaye expressed that the launch of these Food Banks is a significant milestone for his foundation and a personal vision he’s held for many years.
"This project is deeply rooted in values I’ve held since childhood," he said.
He added that he is committed to expanding the initiative as long as he has the strength to do so.
As the first batch of Food Banks opens, Richard Quaye reiterated his promise to roll out more centres across the country, depending on the foundation’s capacity and the guidance of God.

Ashaiman residents flock to RNAQ Food Bank
YEN.com.gh had earlier reported that Residents of Ashaiman welcomed Richard Nii-Armah Quaye's food bank set up in the town.
A video showed some people reacting after realising that the food bank was serving cooked meals instead of foodstuffs.
Ghanaians who reacted to the video expressed joy and thanked Richard Nii-Armah Quaye for the benevolent gesture.
