Before their trip, the man gave the woman the option to choose how they would mark the great occasion.
He walked up to his partner in a video shared on TikTok, holding two sheets with "Paris" written on one and "sex" on the other.
Fortunately, Paris was her choice, and with that, they packed their bags and went to France. The lovers shared videos of their journey in a post on the TikTok handle of @Ntiriwaa, with the caption:
"Gods plan never fails! Every love story is special, unique and beautiful, but ours is my favourite 😍. Cheers 🥂to two imperfect pieces that fit perfectly together 🥹Thank you, God my heart is filled with so much gratitude."

Ghanaian counsellor offers tips for a lasting marriage
In an exclusive interview, a Ghanaian counsellor, Seyram Avortri offered some tips on how to sustain a marriage for many years.
"A relationship is like a tree; it doesn’t stand alone. It has many peripheral branches. So you don't focus on just one thing or one aspect of the relationship, which is money or just love. Good communication, money, love - they all come together to hold a relationship. So if you focus on just one, you're going for doom," he said.
Couple's love story inspires many
Netizens who saw the video of the couple spending time together were delighted and shared their views in the comments section.
Many congratulated the couple for staying and celebrating another year together. Others also joked about being jealous of their bond.
Some ladies in the comments section expressed their desire to marry men who would take good care of them and take them on trips, just as the lady's husband did in their heartwarming video.

Couple share the key to their lasting marriage
Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that a video of an elderly Ghanaian couple sharing the key to their long-lasting marriage warmed hearts on social media.
In a video, the couple noted they had abided by a golden rule, which has strengthened their relationship for years.
The man's wife, in the viral post, stated without hesitation that 'forgiveness' has been the guiding principle in their marriage. They particularly noted that without this, a relationship is unlikely to thrive.
