The former Fulham star is married with three children: two daughters and a younger son.

In a video John Paintsil posted on social media, he was spotted with his girls on a date. The girls looked all grown up and beautiful in the video.

The football veteran was seen lounging on a large sofa at a plush location when a waiter brought two glasses for his daughters.

In the caption accompanying the post on TikTok, Paintsil shared his excitement as a proud father.

John Paintsil's daughters meet Stonebwoy

A recent video he shared with his daughters captured the young girls engaged in a hearty interaction with Stonebwoy.

The dancehall musician appeared surprised when he randomly ran into the former Ghanaian footballer and his children.

"The kids were so happy to meet our great Man and a Living Legend, and a Neighbour as well. He’s always humble and respects the old and the young. God bless you, my brother, for making my children's day special," Paintsil wrote.

John Paintsil's career and life post-football

Pantsil began his career in Ghana before he headed to Poland and then Israel with Maccabi Tel Aviv and city rivals Hapoel Tel Aviv in December 2004.

He represented Ghana at both the 2002, 2006 and 2008 African Nations Cup competitions and was selected for the 2004 Athens Olympics.

The player was also instrumental in Ghana's stint at the 2006 and 2010 World Cup tournaments.

He retired from professional football on June 24, 2016. The player's popularity and experience influenced his foray into coaching and football administration.

Last year, he was added to the Black Stars' coaching staff, assisting head coach Otto Addo amid the resurgence of Ghanaian football.
