Dumsor in Ghana

Ghana in previous years experienced intensive intermittent power outages. The situation got intense to the point of gaining the name 'Dumsor' which literally means 'on' and 'off.'

Former President Akufo-Addo promised during his campaign for the 2016 election to solve the problem and kept the lights on till he left office. However, reports of the return of Dumsor have recently emerged after the new president took over.

Netizens who saw the video expressed divided opinions in the comments section of the post, with some criticising him, while others supported his claim.
