Pratt told Adom FM that Taylor had not even visited the vice president's home or office.

"He is not living at the Vice President's house. That is the end of the matter."

She also argued that there was no need for official responses to the claims, which have been circulating for weeks.

The rumours gained traction after Good Evening Ghana host Paul Adom-Otchere amplified them.

Supreme Court quashes arrest warrant for Kevin Taylor

Taylor is coming off an eventful July where the Supreme Court quashed a bench warrant for his arrest on contempt charges.

The warrant issued for the arrest of Taylor by Justice Kyei-Baffour was struck off because it was made in breach of the rules of natural justice.

The bench warrant was issued over his alleged derogatory comments against Kyei-Baffour in 2020, which constituted the alleged contempt.

Kyei-Baffour had specifically faulted him, after the political commentator suggested he was promoted because he would favour the Akuffo-Addo administration in a case involving the National Communications Authority.

Taylor is known for his outspoken commentary on his online show 'With All Due Respect'.

After his court victory, he said he was in high spirits and affirmed the finality of the apex court in a post online.

Kevin Taylor’s argument in court

While the full grounds of the Supreme Court's decision to set aside the bench warrant remain unclear, the US-based social commentator reportedly argued in court on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, that the 2020 ruling for his arrest was issued without a prior hearing or summons.

Aside from this, he also contended that his name was allegedly incorrectly spelt as “Kelvin Taylor” in the arrest warrant instead of Kevin Taylor.

Taylor also claimed that he was not given access to the specific video evidence upon which he was being held for contempt.

He further argued that the warrant violated his constitutional right to a fair hearing.
