Popular Ghanaian rapper and singer Paul Nii Amu Andrew Darko, popularly known as Darkovibes, was involved in a severe accident in the early morning on Monday, July 28, 2025.

The La Meme Gang music group member took to his Snapchat page to share a photo of his luxurious black Honda Civic, badly damaged from the unfortunate incident.

The exact location and circumstances leading to Darkovibes' accident are still unknown.

The musician also failed to share any further information, but reports indicated that he was in the car with the popular content creator, MadeinGhana.

Darkovibes and MadeinGhana reportedly escaped the severe accident without any significant injuries from the car accident.

In the caption of the post, the Stay Woke hitmaker also expressed his gratitude to God for saving his life from the incident.

He wrote:

Following the unfortunate incident, content creator MadeinGhana took to his official Instagram page to also thank God for surviving the accident.

He wrote:

"Dear God, 🙏. Thank you for your hand of protection over our lives today. Even in the middle of the unexpected, you were with us. We are grateful for the life, strength, and safety you’ve given us today. Help us not to take it for granted. Guide us forward with peace and purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen."

Rapper Darkovibes' unfortunate incident marked the second time he has been involved in a major accident in recent years. In 2023, the Je M'appelle hitmaker had an accident on the Tema-Accra Motorway.
