Since the announcement of their child's birth, Selina Boateng has been silent about her marriage until her interview with Nana Romeo.
"I am very single and ready try again but I don't know whether I will go for a pastor or not. I will leave that up to God," she said.
She emphasised that she felt no shame about her divorce and had not experienced any form of social stigma since the separation.
While she chose to keep the specific reasons behind the breakdown of her marriage, she used the platform to offer guidance to young people contemplating marriage.
Drawing from her personal experience, Selina Boateng urged young people preparing for marriage to invest adequate time in understanding their potential partners before making such a significant commitment. She specifically warned against allowing external pressures or influences to dictate their choice of a life partner.
"That era is over," she emphasised, referring to the practice of allowing others to influence one's choice of spouse, suggesting that individuals should take personal responsibility for their relationship decisions.
