Renowned Ghanaian businessman Ibrahim Mahama has supported the University of Ghana School of Law in its ongoing construction project.

The CEO of Engineers and Planners reportedly donated a truckload of cement needed for the construction of its new building complex through his company, Dzata Cement.

In a statement on Monday, June 23, 2025, the University of Ghana School of Law expressed its profound gratitude to Mr Ibrahim Mahama for his generous gesture towards the institution and its developmental project.

In their statement, they wrote:

"Huge applause for Mr. Ibrahim Mahama! 🙌.We're grateful for your support in enhancing our building complex at the University of Ghana School of Law. Thank you for your commitment to our community! 🎉 Ayekoo!"

Ibrahim announces TAMASCO dormitory project

Ibrahim Mahama's cement donation comes a few months after he announced the construction of a new 300-bed dormitory project at his alma mater, Tamale Senior High School (TAMASCO), at an event by the 2001 year batch of the Holy Child Senior High School.

The Engineers and Planners CEO donated money at the event and also spoke about their challenges facing his former secondary school.

He also recounted how he usually visited the marketplace to buy truckloads of foodstuffs and donate them to the administrators and students at the Tamale Senior High School (TAMASCO) whenever he travels to the town.

Ibrahim Mahama had previously donated a brand-new 35-seater bus and financed the construction of a 550-bed dormitory at his alma mater.
