The actress has courted widespread commentary after her weight loss journey.

The song, released last year, featured Kumasi-based comedian Bensouth in a comic skit that instantly went viral after it was released.

Speaking to YEN.com.gh about Sarkodie's fan love in Nigeria, entertainment analyst Yaw Boadu-Ayeboafoh said,

"There is a reason Sarkodie is the most decorated African rapper and continues to stride beyond Ghana. Even though his efforts to be more visible in the Nigerian market leave much to be desired, the rapper's forte in crafting his lyrics has still earned him significant traction among Nigerian music listeners."
